Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected. Standard delivery times are:

• Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Domestic Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll assist where we can.

International Orders
Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
